Recertified Products:
AirrunnerDirect offers many recertified Zcomax products. What are "recertified" products? These are products that have been returned to Zcomax, for any number of reasons including, but not limited to, a wrong quantity ordered, software incompatability or unused equipment that cannot be sold as new. These units are each carefully tested to meet or exceed the original product specifications and include a standard 90 day warranty against manufacturing defects. A very few of the recertified units may also have minor cometic blemishes from wear caused by various sources, none of which affect performance. Recertified products come with the accessories as listed in the product description.

New Products:
AirrunnerDirect also offers brand new Zcomax products for sale. These carry the full 1 year warranty from the data of purchase. These units come in original pakaging, with all new accessories, directly from Zcomax.
Any units that are not explicitly marked as recertified are brand new units.
